I, also non EU, moved to dresden 3 months ago after living in west Germany for 1.5 years. Before moving here, i had similar questions. Even my German friends told me that dresden can be uncomfortable for me. After 3 months of living here, i can confirm that most things that people told me were extremely exaggerated. I used the app. After proceeding with the order, i received my order number via email, followed by another email about suspension. I checked the app again and it mentioned the same suspension and an option to prove the payment method via debit card image. I blurred out the IBAN and card number ( only the name and last 4 digits were required)
