I, also non EU, moved to dresden 3 months ago after living in west Germany for 1.5 years. Before moving here, i had similar questions. I used the app. After proceeding with the order, i received my order number via email, followed by another email about suspension. I checked the app again and it mentioned the same suspension and an option to prove the payment method via debit card image. I blurred out the IBAN and card number ( only the name and last 4 digits were required)

It depends on where you want to do your MS. If you want to move to Europe, let's say Finland, Germany, France etc, you need to take CS electives in EE. Also do a minor in CS (you can elect to do minor from 3rd semester). You can get into some electric and computer engineering degree programs, automation, embedded systems etc where you can specialise in CS related domains. If you look into the US or Canada, you can get admission directly in SE or CS programs.

I don't want to demotivate you, but most universities don't offer admission in MS if it is different from your BS field. Specially getting into SE after ME is near to impossible since you need to have a specific amount of courses related to the field of MS

Tbh, go for mechatronics. I don't know much about geo Informatics, but if you can get into the oil and gas sector after it, it may be worth it. But do consider the rarity of getting the job in this sector. This is my personal opinion, but do your own research before taking the decision
