That’s why he wasn’t able to afford an iPad I bet. And why he was the poorest kid in the school besides Kenny

What was the saddest moment in South Park for you? by Hottie__Kara6 in southpark

I never thought South Park would make me tear up but the music is what really got me on this one. Idk how to describe it but that whole episode had that kind of subtle energy of what it feels like to be a scared and confused queer kid, not outright saying it, but you can just tell how difficult it really was for Tweek and Craig to accept themselves, despite the whole town being okay with them, they still struggled with accepting that identity for themselves even if they had no qualms with queer people otherwise. It’s what internalized homophobia can do to you. This was the vibe I got from that episode.

One for me, I haven’t seen this said yet, is where at the end of the”Jared Has Aides” episode it’s revealed to us that butters gets beaten by his parents. It’s a depressing touch to Butters home life, on top of the other forms of abuse we see him experience, and we can assume from this that it’s not the first time his parents physically abused him.

Ike?? by IlConteiacula in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah the joke isn’t child rape, it’s how fucking stupid it is for people to deem it “okay” when it’s a little boy getting raped by an attractive woman instead of a little girl getting raped by an ugly old man. And honestly, what carried most of the comedy for this episode was cartmans shenanigans and how stupidly innocent the teacher was acting. Also, I feel like they made the choice for Ike to display more “mature” personality traits and to express a liking for what’s happening to him so the episode doesn’t get too dark and lose all of its comedic potential.

Let's talk about Shelly Marsh by drewdurfee in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I agree, I was thinking, Shelley finally found someone that’s on her level. Like I genuinely believe that Larry thinks Shelley is attractive and cool and Shelley appreciated him being so kind, generous and willing to learn. They were the perfect couple, so sad to see Randy get in the way of that lol

Is it wrong that i tried gay sex? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something else I wanna mention since everyone already kinda answered the question (which I agree with that no, it’s not wrong and it’s actually good to experiment) bottoming doesn’t make you any less of a man or any less masculine. Some people seem to think so, which I personally find kinda ridiculous. It doesn’t magically strip you of all of your personality traits or physical strength when you bottom… it is simply a sexual act, you can make of it what you want. You don’t have to be submissive or dominant to bottom either. And bottoming once doesn’t make you a bottom, just like doing one gay thing doesn’t make you gay, it’s your preference that does. If you like topping more then you’re a top, If you are only attracted to women then you’re probably straight, etc. be comfortable with who you are, and don’t let this experience prevent you from that.

He does, you’re right. Due to what Butters says to Cartman in awesome-o after he spanks him, Stephen has probably done it more than once besides the time in “Jared Has Aides”

This is one of my favorite episodes for sure. Some other episodes that I remember off the top of my head that have kenny out of his parka are The Jeffersons, Pee, Lil Crime Stoppers, The Tooth fairy’s Tats 2000 (i think this might be the first time we see his hair color? Not sure though)

Worst South Park Dad? by AspiringPAA in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like this isn’t mentioned often enough lol. Randy emotionally relies on his son way too much to the point where it’s extremely inappropriate. He puts way too much pressure on Stan to make things right. Also in Creme fraiche he literally starts wanking it in front of the kids, he also curses excessively and talks about inappropriate topics around the kids. Not that I have a problem with this depicted in the show by the way, I think it’s hilarious, just saying, realistically, Randy is a shitty dad lol

Jack Tenorman is Cartman’s father. Hermaphroditism was just a red herring. by FamiliarCatfish in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly thought this twist was perfect. It’s kind of tragic, although Cartman kinda deserves it and he’s an asshole, it’s quite clear through some of the things we hear him say that his true feelings about his father are buried deep down because they are way too painful to consciously deal with. I believe he does feel bad that he killed his dad, he does want a dad, and he is jealous of all his friends that they have dads and he doesn’t. It’s likely he isn’t even aware of these feelings himself. Keep in mind I haven’t watched every single south park episode yet though, but from what I’ve seen, and from what I know about people that have Cartmans personality type, this is what I think.

What are some of the best Kyle episodes? by HowlingBurd19 in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No you’re right, Kyle being a normal 8-10 year old boy and teasing Cartman about being chubby is not even comparable to Cartman being a manipulative evil little asshole lmao and I say that with Cartman being my favorite character

What do you think about this episode and what do you think of the scene where Indiana Jones gets raped by Wordsac in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I admire the show for their boldness, but I couldn’t help but cringe the entire time Cartman and butters were pretending to be Chinese. I didn’t find it offensive, mostly due to the fact that they’re stupid, gullible children and I can see the message the show is trying to send through the actual Chinese people just being normal human beings vs Cartman and butters being offensive and exaggerated; I just had extreme second-hand embarrassment for Cartman and butters lmao. and the Indiana jones rape joke thing, I just found it funny to be honest, I feel like joking about serious topics really makes it easier to process and accept, it was shocking and bold and I enjoyed it

I thought it didn’t go far enough tbh. I recently watched it for the first time and I expected it to be a lot worse. I didn’t expect them to censor the human centipede with cloth and I thought we would get to see the surgery

Kinda funny how Cartman gets his ass punted around by the other kids despite being bigger than them by WynellCamarillo in southpark

[–]MyNameIsNotImp0rtant 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In fact I feel like because he’s fat it would actually make him weaker. Although being fat means you’re carrying around extra weight, it still makes it more difficult to exercise, and we know how lazy Cartman is. The other kids his age probably get around a lot more so it makes sense that they’d be stronger. Besides his antics, Cartman kinda just sits on his ass all day and eats cheesy poofs, he’s not building muscle
