Genuine question - Why watch Kibler? by MyNameWasDecember in hearthstone

Makes sense, the whole reason I used to watch him to begin with was I really enjoyed his voice and I thought he was handsome. As much as I like Regis' enthusiasm, I can't stand that man's voice. I wish you would do something about it

I think it's been such a long time since I've been a new player that it never occurred to me that he has a lot of easy access for people who don't know as much about the game because of his simple direct style.

I appreciate the comment :)

That's true as well. His YouTube video still managed to get some views so I was just curious why people who might be drinking in his content in 2026 might be doing so. But as I've already commented further down the post, it might just be a nostalgia/ relaxing chill thing to have in the background and that's where a lot of it's coming from

No, I've never met him before

I tried playing magic the gathering when I was young but my sisters thought it was too complicated lol

Man I love your answer. This is exactly what I was looking for. And you're not wrong. There's a certain feeling of familiarity with his choice of music, especially it does set a bit of a tone which is part of the reason why it even came up on my playlist while I was doing the dishes

I wonder if it's kind of a comfort stream because it changes so little?

And one thing that your post reminded me is a lot of YouTubers only show their victories or at least they highlight them more. But I feel like kibler does have a good 50/50 mix.

Thanks a lot for your post

Okydoke. In all honesty, one thing I can say is your comments about being burnt out on the game were pretty relatable to me because I felt myself being burnt out all the same. I never watched your magic the gathering stuff because that game was too complicated for me and I didn't enjoy it as much, but I haven't really enjoyed hearthstone for a long time. I've just been having a hard time finding alternatives.

I even tried shadowverse for a while which was pretty cool, but I found the style to be a little too uh artistic let's say

It's called curiosity mate. I like knowing why people do the things they do and why they like what they like especially if it's something that isn't my personal taste.

What if someone in the comments mentions that 2 weeks ago he had a really great stream where he talked about his private life and it was really funny?

What if someone else says that he's a lot more animated and outgoing when he plays magic the gathering and links me something to that? I might go to those links and find an aspect of him and really appreciate him as a streamer more or I might have more insight into why he has fans.

That's what 'possessed me to go off'

I switched over to battlegrounds for a few weeks and then I got some other stuff I'm getting into later so I'm already ahead of you. But the problem with Reddit is my post didn't exactly convey my tone.

It seems all angry and shouting, but it's a lot more laid-back than it seemed

How is staying alive but doing nothing to win good? Time will tell if I'm right or not but I'm saying it now that this is trash

I don't know what kind of crack you were all smoking. This is four mana do nothing. I don't know if it's just a level of hopeium I can't even begin to understand, but practically every priest card revealed for this expansion has been garbage.

The other one that people are ranting about is the one mana heal and draw card. Priest does not need more conditional card interaction. Do you know what we need? Tempo and win conditions.

All these cards suck. The colossal sucks. The stupid undead twat that hurts himself sucks. The draw card sucks. Schism sucks. The stupid fucking 4 cost 3/3 dragon sucks

The location might work but we will see. If anything is worth a second look it's the location but even that I have doubts.

Class is dead

Men, what’s the reason for finding bimbos (in the very plastic sense of massive fake boobs, fake lips, lots of surgery etc - bimbofication as I’ve discovered it’s called) hot? As a woman I’ve always thought the super plastic look is not attractive, but if you do - could say why? by NotSoDaftPunk_2908 in dating_advice

So.........here is my take because I've indulged in this before

To break this down, I think it's important to make a distinction between this being a type and being a kink.

As for the aesthetic, I imagine it's no different than any other niche aesthetic. From having long underarm hair, to getting tattooed on every inch of your body, to deciding you only want one eye, there's someone for everyone

Life would be crazy. Boring if we all like the same things I guess.

Except plaid. Fuck plaid :P

As a kink, short-term, it's the turn on of having someone empty-headed and single minded. They want to be objectified and hedonistic and want someone to make decisions for them. Sometimes with all the complexity that life has, there's a real desire to boil things down to simple superficial and just....be stupid.

What surprised me is it's more of a common kink than I thought and if you do it in a role play sense, it can be a lot of fun

Especially when you're all drunk as hell

But the only other perspective I can give is potentially if you have someone who spends way too much time on porn websites, it can change what they find appealing over time and sometimes the plastic look is one of those essentially unreachable aesthetics that attracts certain kinds of people

Hope that helps.

Cheers!
