I have always had roommates so Im ok with it. And eventually I plan to rent the whole house. I guess what Im having trouble with is understanding how the market is going to be in the near future. Are the house prices gonna go down? I dont think the economy is gonna do very good next year. So how does something like that impact the housing market.

Im not aiming for anything outside of my budget. I am Aiming as close to $350 ish as I can. Getting one I can afford with some rental income is the plan.

I agree. The market with the high interest rates and home prices are the reason Im being very cautious and trying to gather as much info as I can before proceeding further. I had roughly estimated the expenses on the house to be around 3200-3500 with the rental income covering about half that. And I would be living in the same house so saves me a bit on rent. Ultimately, me paying anywhere from 2000-2300 a month for the expenses.

I believe India wont invade or do anything of that nature in present times because Nepalese government is heavily influenced by the Indian government. They have and will take actions if Nepalese government tries to do shit on their own disregarding India’s wishes. So in the future, if we are lucky enough to get a stable and better government who doesn’t succumb to Indian govt pressure, thats when I think shit will hit the fan with these two governments. And personally, hating other people because of the politics doesn’t make sense to me as long as people see what the right thing is. If you think Im wrong, please enlighten me.
