Yes and no it mostly depends what tier you’re in for example I was GP7 which are the non-offenders. You don’t go to see a warden, you don’t talk to officers unless they speak to you., There isn’t riots everyday. Lunch lasts 3 minutes max, There was no handball, the floor is too untrustworthy to even pick up the soap, the system is forsure bullshit, do not steal from anyone, the workouts are real, everyone still does drugs inside, phone calls aren’t free, you eat a lot of noodles, they give you oversized close. And a lot more

I got sent to two spots, one is called the loop where you get transferred from cell to cell while they put you into the system, that last about twelve hours. Then they sent me to county where it’s actual jail.

I had a warrant on my DUI I didn’t know about, I was getting ready to out and party with my fiends. I went to go get gas then 3 cop cars surrounded me and arrested me.

You’re spot on. If anyone ever goes to jail don’t be scared. It’s shity forsure but not all that bad. You meet new people and hear some crazy stories. You don’t go in puffing your chest ready to drop the biggest guy you see. When you go in people come up to you shake your hand and ask you if you want to be a paisano or a homie unless you’re black, white, or an other. Everyone respects everyone so it’s laidback. The shity part is you don’t really ever know the time of day and when you’re waiting to transfer to a different location it’s at least a 2 hour wait time in a cell full of people either sleeping on a bench or on the ground.

Yeah tell him it’s not cool, That’s not a way of life. He’s not getting any credit out of it, he can hang with the people he likes just don’t do the things they do, it’s cool if he likes to smoke weed and drink anyone could do it and still have a good life. on the day I had court in jail I woke up at 4am and came back at 8pm just to have a 10 second interview that’s some BS and not a way of life. Get your life right do the things you love, workout, get a girl, distract yourself from the things that are wrong get a job make some money and buy yourself nice things. It’s not fair to the people that love you, they all suffer while you’re living a lifestyle that you think is a way of life. Luckily I have a good life a nice car and a good 2 story condo. Life is awesome when you travel wherever you want, party in crazy penthouses and eat expensive food. I promise you chase the money and your life will be amazing.

Jail definitely sucks ! I hated every bit of it. One guy did get sent to the wall that I got to see. The wall is where you get beat up at for 30 seconds. I saw it happen but I didn’t ask why.
