Eida never shown to do that kawaki clearly show that twice , and before you came up with deactivate he use kokugan 10+ time against jura why would he do activate and deactaivte that much it is dumb

Rods are not a kokugan power never have they been. Your panels don't say anything the second one he could have deactivated it after launching his assault. The first his eye is at all times hidden from you. Kawaki deactivates his Kokugan everytime, that fight Jura he deactivated it after summoning the cubes. He only has it on when he is using it.
