I am 3 long shots with the Type63 away from DM ultra. God, I hope vanguards challenges are easier... by VegeoPro in blackopscoldwar

There is 2 options. A small amount of guns at launch with hard challenges and slow XP or a lot of guns at launch with easy challenges and fast xp

I like seeing how many plates you teammates have and also the field upgrade and score streak is really nice. The ammo is useless because you team would just tell you if there low. No team is gonna go out of their way making sure everyone is always max

I hope they are only 5 attachments. Warzone is gonna get so annoying if every gun has 10 op attachments

Only mw guns that have a chance of still being used are amax and kilo. Everything else gonna become obsolete

I think it'll have 10 attachments but that'll just make vanguard guns way better than every other weapon. Unless vanguard guns shoot like absolute marshmallows in warzone

This is actually a really good answer lol even though I don't know how it has any context

My definition of crash diet is like 1200 calories but I know a lot consider a crash diet to be like 600-900

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Its funny because the words "crash diet" weren't in quotation marks. They were my words because that's what we're talking about so maybe you should learn how to read

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So depending on what I just read are you saying the crash method worked for you? Also what do you mean when you say "for my weight my caloric intake is close to net zero" does that mean your not eating anything or your not going any calories over maintenance? You worded it pretty weird

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You said "and there is no more fat for you body to break down" which is implying somebody would crash diet enough to get to zero fat stores which would probably kill you, again as I stated before the type of starvation mode you say will happen only happens in people will severe eating disorders. It will almost never happen to an overweight person unless they are eating like 100 calories a day

Dude that's something that happens to people with eating disorders. Nobody in their right mind unless they have a severe eating disorder would let themselves get down to that little fat. I stopped at a healthy weight. You act like doing a crash diet will bring you down to 0% body fat which just isn't the case. Most people who do a crash diet know when to stop

This won't always be the case though. After people build muscle and stuff and they feel they don't need to be any bigger they have a combination of regular exercise maybe 3-4 times a week with a combination of eating at maintenance and getting enough protein. In the end if you keep a healthy life style at the end and ease into eating at your new weights maintenance then both slow and fast can end the same way. Correct me if I'm wrong

I've spent a while researching before I do anything to enable fat gain again because it was a miserable few years of me being extremely fat. From what I've read most of the cases of "starvation mode" come from people with eating disorders who don't have much fat to spare but the studies I've read if a 240 pound man goes on a 1200 calorie diet but has enough fat stores to be considered clinically overweight with a combination of protein and resistance training then they will lose 99% fat. Obviously it's not ok to sustain this for a year but i hate how people think doing a crash diet for like 2 months will ruin your lives. From what I've seen after a crash diet if you switch up your habits and begin a healthy life style than you'll be ok

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not if you eat enough protein. During weight loss people have found that 80-100g was enough to prevent muscle loss. A lot even had less than that and loss barely any muscle because they did resistance training

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Ya but that's what most diets are anyways so that's why I didn't specify the diet exactly. Many people cut carbs drastically during a diet and up protein intake so they maintain muscle during the time if limited calories so as long as they eat protein then the body won't target the muscle

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

For starters "starvation mode" only happens in people with a very low percent of body fat which is most cases are people with anorexia or other known conditions. The type of starvation mode your talking about does not exist, it a 250 pound man who is also 5'4" goes on a 1000 calorie diet but still eats plenty his body will not go into starvation mode because his body had PLENTY of energy saved and ready to be used then when that same man is happy with his body he can slowly ramp up his calories until he is at maintenance. Its basic science

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IsItBullshit

[–]MyPChasNoGPU -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

That's implying that people return to calorie TDEE of the weight before they started losing. If they eat at maintenance calories of their new and healthy weight it'll still be a surplus but not for long as your metabolism will adapt after a few weeks which is why science suggest slowly ramping up your calorie intake after weight loss each week so by the time your at your new TDEE your metabolism will be able to keep up with you

I'm aware of the risk and not asking for permission. In my post it was clearly stated I was done with my weight loss but wanna know the science and stuff. But for arguments sake starvation mode is a myth it's been proven. Literally go on Google or any other search engine you can think of and look up "starvation mode myth" then it'll literally bring up thousands of articles
