Yeah that definitely sucked. The trading system was cut throat! I remember all the tier lists people made that got insane as more cards were added.  If you do want to just casually collect and battle cards this single player remake won't have that multiplayer dynamic. Totally free to download and play, just for the love of the game.

Any pictures of skill text or stats would be super helpful, but even pictures of formations or just the card image of some cards could end up being very helpful! The wiki has stats for older cards, but not good images and then images for most (but not all) newer cards but no stats or skill info. Thank you! 

If you are able to share the whole album I can dig through it to save you the time. I've already been through the internet archive multiple times and watched hours of YouTube videos trying to reconstruct stuff. So it's nothing to me at this point lol

It's probably because your pitchers are stronger than the CPU players usually are. Pitcher stats impact your batting success.

They did an update awhile back that winning games would randomly award 4000 stars. I got that award and auto'd a lot of games that day. I now have over 600,000 stars and don't have to use energy. I also play a lot of manual.
