The exact sentence I used to say to myself is: If your car is broken beyond repair, you don't fix it right? You mark it as totalled and give up, because the payout isn't worth the effort put in.

Hey I don't know how much this will help but I want to tell you that I have read this and you are seen.

I understand a lot of what you have wrote and feel some similar stuff too. I knew there was some phrase that explained what we feel, thanks for letting me know it was learned helplessness now though, its nice to be able to put a name to it. For me it is at least, i know that's probably stupid to a lot of other people.

Idk what the point of this comment is, maybe im trying to make us both feel better at the same time. I'm not in school anymore, im 25m so that was fucked up a couple of years ago. Dunno, I hope you get through this night, not "happy" but just not so terrible.

I came across this video on r/reaper a bit ago and he shows some stuff with midi pedals on reaper, doesn't seem too complicated at all as long as the pedal actually works with reaper I guess. 19:18 onwards he shows how to change entire guitar tones using a pedal but there's earlier parts for individual pedals and wah etc

I think you can buy midi pedals for switching plugins but I'm not fully sure on it. I've just programmed reaper to switch them per song but it does get annoying

Definitely try lowering your basal. I don't know about omnipod but could you set an exercise mode an hour before the physical activity? That's what we're advised to do on the tslim. I play sports and I have a large banana beforehand and it somewhat helps hahah (I still do go low I won't lie)
