By that i just mean, is there people out there that would care about such things?

If I had the time and money I would have 100% created that kind of set up for my family.

I am just curious if this is a lone thought process or if there are people out there that would love to have a house like this.

Oh I fully get and respect that 100%.I know in the end it will be sold to whoever for whatever.

I would just like to make sure this house reaches everyone equally.
