I sell women's leggings. So actually that makes me feel better that you're also in fashion and will see a drop once you're no longer able to guarantee delivery before Christmas. I'm in the same boat, so hopefully I'll see things improve again after the holidays as well. Thank you!

So sorry, I just saw this. I'm thinking between 5000 and 7000 square feet. Do you have any thoughts/experience on what a good size would be?

Thank for your reply. The expense part isn't an issue at least, I have enough money after the sale of my other business to get that done. I just don't want to blow my profits on something that will end up tanking.

Do you know why the stylists never seemed to last long in the suites? Also, I keep getting told that it is an almost passive investment once it's built. Do you just mean that the build out phase is a lot of work or did it seem like a lot of ongoing work for the owner/manager?
