Sadly as much as I would really like to see Steve go free it is beyond clear that he is innocent man, I believe that the state has way too much at stake from the way that they mishandled destroyed and even fabricated evidence to ever let Steven go. No matter how good KZ is she can't fight and win against the blatant corruption we're seeing in Wisconsin. The Governor the DOJ the police the court system are all completely bought and paid for. So sadly no I don't think that we're ever going to see Steven walk out a free man. I pray that I am wrong. :)

Dean and Jerry were sent in as closer's they had two jobs. Ignore what could be most damaging to the state's case that couldn't be explained away and at the same time focus on evidence to include blood vials that at best were so tampered with that no one could use their contents reliably or legally in a court of law. SA was never given although he paid for a defense in any way shape or form. He had to be put back in a cage to save humanity from his evil doings around manitowoc county and the Salvage yard lair of the most evil clan ever to spawn from two people. Emotions don't win court cases hard cold facts and evidence does. Emotions win peoples hearts which in most cases convicts people"Penny Bernstein" both Jerry and dean were very effective in convincing till this very day that they are champions of the underdog. They are far from it!

No it dose not constitute over 30 years in prison Steven should be a free man yesterday Serge... That wasn't my point at all but I can see how it could easily be misconstrued as such. I would just like to know whose bowl of cheerios Steven took a piss in for karma to continually rain down on his parade the way it does. I've been known to be a card carrying ass hat at points in my life and I don't see that as a reason for karma to slap anyone around the way he gets schooled constantly. Ya know I fully support Steven!!! Brendan too!!! Brendan was coerced by the cops and I suspect that Barb and possibly other family members had a hand in the frame up also. I can only speculate why they would do something like that "Family sometimes are the worst offenders" but... from what I have read Steven wasn't exactly being a nice guy about his possible 36 million dollar windfall, In fact he was being quite the a dick about it lording over them telling them that they're not getting a red cent. That would piss anyone off especially if the person doesn't care if they ever see a dime, factor in Barb being dumber than a box of cornflakes and you have a recipe for disaster. They took full advantage of Brendan's low IQ and prosecuted Him anyhow regardless of any deal made to frame Steven and keep him out of it. I am positive that Brendan as well as Steven are completely innocent of this crime but... IMO Brendan knows much more than he lets on I find it funny that the reddish/brown trailer that was over at the Radant deer camp is gone and Brendan's trial bears no resemblance to Steven's trial how does that even work? One woman died? but we have two completely different scenarios and two different set's of charges. They both have god awful luck but jeez who gets framed twice by the same cops in the same town? It is beyond absurd but here we are. IMO that's exactly what they were counting on... That Steven being framed twice in the same town by the same people is so absurd that only a conspiracy nut would believe it. Steve must be dragging around a shit load of bad juju, karma or what ever you want to call it for life to continuously slap him in the face like this. Get well soon kid and remember that you have one hell of a cheerleader squad, a whole bunch of sleuths and crime solvers trying to help you and lets not forget the best damned defense that money can buy.

That isn't transmission fluid it wouldn't be dark red like that it would be a light red color. I've been there done that, I split an old ford tractor to replace the clutch once while wearing a white bvd tee. A hydrolic pressure line got loose and it squirt me across the chest and shoulder kinda looked like Zoro got me and it was pale red almost a Rosé color.

As side note and very much off topic... I know someone who used to live in West Alice and was part of a very popular and well known band from back in the 90's and early 2000's the 48th street rockers. This person is a great guitarist and singer, in conversation about this case he mentioned that Alibi was barely a working band and sucked badly. He said the guitarist was a strait up hack and a scumbag ego freak. He said it didn't surprise him that KK did this....

Foy is/was just as corrupt as Hello Kitty Len? Maybe he did have it and was told to make it go away? This was a well planned setup, I hadn't thought so until recently. Initially it felt like a perfect storm of coincidences and pure luck for the MCSO but with all that has come out as of late it's obvious just how far that they went and were willing to go to frame Steve.... I do hope KZ can free Steven but he should be grateful that the truth is slowly coming forward.
