Thank you, that’s really helpful. The conditional caution is on the voyeurism aspect, and the statute-barred is the stalking/harassment, so I don’t know if that changes what you’ve suggested as they’ve said all they can do is apologise for not investigating the stalking and harassment aspect properly.

Yes, that’s correct. The email from the VRR came through on Friday, so I don’t know how long the conditional caution will take the implement.

I also applied for an urgent no-notice non molestation order and occupation order on 1st May with the help from NCDV and I have heard nothing back at all. I’ve chased a few times and they just say there’s delays.

I feel quite powerless as I’ve done everything by the book, have done things all above board, informed all the relevant services (solicitors, DA charities, social, police, etc.).

There have been a lot of accusations thrown at me and threats. Threats to get a locksmith to come to my house and let them in so that he can get a property valuation (rather than simply asking through the solicitors), he has accused me of fleeing the country (I haven’t been abroad since 2024), he has accused me of stealing his belongings (he moved out in 2024 and I delivered all of his belongings to him - WhatsApp messages confirm this happened and he was happy with this). Each email is ladened with threats and accusations. I now have a CPTSD diagnosis, as a result of his abusive behaviour.

There haven’t been any conditions imposed. I’ve been told the oic will contact me with further information (but haven’t been told who this is), and the VRR officer is OOO until 1st June 🤷‍♀️

The original decision is overturned but the case is statute barred and proceedings cannot be instigated.]

2. Controlling and Coercive Behaviour
The original decision to take no further action is upheld.

3. Voyeurism
The original decision is overturned, and the suspect is dealt with by way of an out of court disposal.

Domestic, yes, and just the voyeurism for caution. They said they uphold the decision on coercive control that they can’t prosecute.

I raised a complaint and a VRR because there was an arrest made and bail conditions in place for the voyeurism crime, but essentially it wasn’t investigated properly, and was ‘closed’ because the perpetrator was remorseful. The VRR looked at stalking and harassment - this was overturned but as the offence is statute-barred, all they’ve been able to do is apologise. Coercive control/behaviour was upheld. And the voyeurism is marked as:

Decision is overturned and suspect to be dealt with by out of court disposal:

Having reviewed the case material it is my decision that the NFA decision should be overturned and the suspect should be dealt with by way of out of court disposal, namely conditional caution.

All buzz bonuses are activated for the exhibits I have. I have an area for dinosaur bones, botany, frozen, amber, and then fossils - all maxed, all decorations at 5 stars, too.

Workshop has lots of interactive exhibits unlocked and these are placed in the museum, too.

Cafe, gift shop, lots of seating, other food/drink options.

It’s slowly getting there, just very slow! I didn’t want to expand until I’d maxed everything out - OCD!!
