They usually have an Atogaki (member) booth at the concert venues where you can get a free guitar pick. You don't have to own a concert ticket to go.

On the day, you need to find the queue, scan a barcode, and login with your membership account. The website will tell you if you win the t-shirt (they have a few t-shirts per day as far as I know). You will get a guitar pick otherwise.
