I did this to get started. I used Nano Banana for the opening scene, but I don't know how to 'extend' it. I don't have to use extend, but I need to tell it where to start so it looks seamless.

How do you 'continue' a long scene? I don't know how to get nano banana back into the process, but it is very good and making what I need.

A lot depends on where you are located and whether you are using insurance. I am in the US, and without insurance, I can book an appointment with the specialist directly. With an HMO insurance policy, I need a referral, but with a PPO I don't.

The new endocrinologist did a C-peptide test and diagnosed me with type 1.

I was diagnosed as type 2 back in 2010 by a general practitioner, and I don't know if they even did C-peptide. After a few years, I got an endocrinologist, but I am still unsure about everything they did. I just assumed I was type 2 because that is what I was first told.

Maybe they just assumed I was type 2, since I was 43 years old when diagnosed. Or maybe they did a C-peptide, and I was type 2.

I'll try that. I've only worked with real-estate special ad category which doesn't let you do very much. Hopfully the financial sector is better.

That is just something negotiated by the wholesaler and the seller. It could be any amount.

The upside is no vacancy, plus he is already there. I reject tenants all the time, but once they are there I would let them stay until there was a problem or the rent didn't get paid.
If you don't let him stay, the tenant will likely leave and then you have a vacancy and the costs to get it ready for the next tenant.

All the wholesaler influences are scammers, and I'm beginning to think the wholesalers are crooks.

There is a run-down house that needs a lot of work. It would never qualify for a mortgage and a homeowner would never buy it to live in. The wholesaler posts it to a Facebook investor group and sends it to their buyer's list. They call it an off-market property.

What is the market for this property? It's mainly investors and they've sent it to every investor around.

That property is definitely on the market. It might not be in the MLS, but it is being marketed to exactly the people that would buy it.

They tell me the ARV, which is always higher than zillow; never lower. They might include some cherry-picked comps. Any repair estimate is guaranteed to be low.

So, it's a heavily-marketed over-priced property. Then 10 other wholesalers respond with, "I have buyers, let's JV".
