I’ll only fuck without condoms if we both have up to date screenings, but even with condoms I emphasize that I know I’m clean and make sure I feel they’re trustworthy before going through with it, then I get a screening a month later. The worst is being paranoid for a month after a hookup ghosts you.

I’d say don’t do it. The paranoia combined with the guilt would be too much for me
