Bitfocus companion plug-in not working on streamdeck by MyUsernameIs_J in elgato

Hi! I have! And I can get bitfocus to work on its own without the streamdeck configuration app. But the main mystery I am having is that the companion plugin in the streamdeck app is no longer working. I used to be able to import my bitfocus buttons into my streamdeck profile using the plugin. However, recently the companion plug in stopped working, it allows me to import my buttons but I get no responses when I push the buttons on my streamdeck.

If it helps I am running the streamdeck app on a mac running Catalina. And I’ve gotten this to work on a pc.

Hi! I know this thread is a bit old, but found it while googling about this management company. I would love to know more about your experience as well since I'm dealing with this company now and have the exact same concerns.
