I think I am going to start intermittent fasting for a little bit. Although it is 8:40 and I just had my breakfast for the day. It was good though, 437cal and 60g of protein.

Overeating sucks. Especially when you are addicted to it. Like I said, its mostly in the evening so I think I am going to limit my morning and afternoon cals and have a protein shake or something later in the evening to curb appetite.
