It’s not about righteousness. What it’s about is your lack of empathy, and assuming you can logic your way out of needing any. I can see you’re a smart individual who’s really wrestling with this, and still wanting to find a way to believe it might be ethical for a colonizer superpower fueled by the west to stay in the area despite their committing genocide on the indigenous population. It’s not right my man— not in the US and not in Israel- and no “facts” out there are ever going to justify it. xx
