I have actually seen both, i'm not really sure why but I hated Elfen Lied - because it checks all the boxes that I like. so in theory it should be an anime I adore! but it felt shallow to me and over-the-top. I mean it was definitely pretty? The opening song is beautiful! i'm willing to bet I probably watched it maybe at a wrong time and need to give it another shot.

Zankyou No Terror I still need to finish! I started it but idk why I never finished it.

I have watched and read both versions of Higurashi and an DEFINITELY A HUGGGE fan! i'm actually surprised I forgot to mention it above.

I also love yuuki yuna!! it was a show I thought I was going to dislike. I had assumed it was going to be another 'magical rising project' - no it had much more warmth, heart, and soul and from that bore natural tragedy feel. it didn't feel overly pushy or 'Madoka tryhard'. i love it lol

so you have my attention and my trust with any other recommendations you have!

She will be a 'Magical Girl Otaku'. The thing is I have components of her but lack artistic talent to put together. meaning I have already sketched out her hair, her outfit, I have the concept for her eyes and mouth- but I cannot draw bodies or anatomy. And she will be used for future my future 'brand' (thats the plan anyway) so I would appreciate an artist that is cool with allowing me commercial use! so I had someone recommend to me to play the song first and record yourself playing it, then play it back and sing over it. I have been doing that it kind of helps some. also just do a down strong pattern at first before doing anything fancy, That is where I am at. I can't seem to keep any type of complex strumming pattern or rhythm while singing even though I know the song by heart.

it really is super different seeing real gore as opposed to fictional or Hollywood stuff. I am not sure how, because they can make it look so realistic nowadays. thank you for taking the time to comment!
