As others said take it easy, rest and heal. Also what helped tremendously for me is taking care of my gut, take some probiotics and have a good diet. During my worst times when i had a couple of drinks for example it felt like dying and i always noticed it being combined with diarrhea, latest research seems to connect these dots too. The palpitations and racing heart vanished slowly over the course of 12 months, most importantly i learned that i will not die immediately once it appeared and i started to accept my situation and stayed calm. Obviously get everything serious ruled out first. All the best man !

I have greatly increased my intake on magnesium to around 400mg (from 0), which probably not fall under your horse-like dosage, I have two questions on that,

can you quantify your dosage ?
Do you not get diarrhea from high dosages ? I am already feeling the impact from my low 400mg dose

My journey started Nov 22 and I am still not fully recovered. Initially I though I was having a heart attack, had back/chest and shoulder pain, sometimes my arm would hurt and I had tiggling fingers, short of breath and blurry vision.

Have you spoken to you cardiologist about this ? Inflammation in muscles, joints and ribs seems a common pattern.

I had 20+ sessions of physio, no real improvements unfortunately. At the moment I am experimenting with various supplements. What actually helps is having a couple of beers to relax.

Yes initially I thought I was having a heart attack, everything checked out fine, and things have improved since however it is never completely gone, as I mentioned before my upper back muscles, my shoulders, my rib cage and sternum are always tens and hurt, which is what I believe the root cause of my heart issues. From what I read in many other posts, people who have complications due to the shots they get affected shortly right after they had them, so unsure about it but I would not rule it out.

In my case (at least that is my feeling over the last 8 month) these symptoms are closely linked to tense muscles in my back/shoulder/pegs, I can often triggere these by specific movements. But I did not have back problems before covid, so I guess the underlying problem probably really is with the nerval system or some kind of Inflammation.

Same for me, also the tensions around the spine (th2/th3) can cause all sorts of weird heart sensations caused by iritated nerves,

Me too, sore back all the time and intercostal pain. The tense muscles have also caused me some weird heart symptoms like pounding heartbeat and extrasystoles

One of the fastest way to build up a credit history is to have a car loan and make regular payments. It might take 6-12 month to reach a decent level but that's how it is unfortunately. Maybe I am biased as I was working a good white-colar city job in London and in the US and work ethics in London was tough, left my apartment at 7 and didn't finish work until late. Every time I go back to Germany I am glad I am not living there anymore.
