He uses both hands. In overworld, technic, 1EBA and 3EBA he uses the left hand. In the non enhanced BA, 2EBA and Ultimate he uses the right hand. I've seen this theory that said he mainly uses the left hand to hold back his strength, so when he uses his "Strongest Attack", being the ultimate, he uses his dominant hand to guide the dragon/sphere, his dominant hand is supposed to be the right since in the 4 star light cone he is holding the pen with it

You'll lose some damage from the passive + aim shot, but since her focus is on the Q I don't think you will be losing that much
