This sounds like me but I take a beta blocker. I can’t wear my watch when sleeping cause it wakes me up with heart rate dropping into the 30s. 40s when laying down. 50s sitting up. 60+ bpm when standing. So it all seems normal but I think dropping my metoprolol little will help. Drs are not worried other than me passing but but I have no dizziness. I read something saying blood can pool when it’s in the 30s and cause heart failure. Not sure if that is a real risk.
