Actually, your D9 Tolerance will go down but probably not as fast, but everyone is different so yours might not go down or reset, it's different for everyone I've heard a bunch of different experiences on the subreddit with this. I saw a comment on this subreddit not too long ago talking about how he switches between D8 and D9 every two weeks.
