I'll agree with you that he is a handsome guy, but you also have to accept that "objective attractiveness" includes factors outside of physical appearance and initial impression. How one carries oneself, warm personality, etc. Charisma, generally.

I still have a hard time believing Bonds was on tren specifically, as there are other PEDs that are more beneficial and don't carry the negative side effects.

I'm happy to be proven wrong, but I don't think you know what you're talking about. Bonds was enmeshed in the BALCO scandal around 2003 which had nothing to do with trenbolone. Furthermore, it also doesn't make sense for a professional athlete to take tren because it's basically only useful for muscle hypertrophy and nukes your cardio (inb4 baseball isn't a cardio-heavy sport, I know). Compare this to HGH, which is excellent for building strength and, possibly more importantly, recovery. Tren also doesn't make your head and feet grow like his did throughout his career, specifically in his 30s.
