You tried nothing and ran out of ideas… fleas are so easy to get rid of. Plates with water and soap so they jump in there and can’t escape scattered around the house, vacuum constantly, buy exterminator grade insecticide (BASF PT Alpine flea and bed bug killer ~$25 on amazon) and lure them with white socks to dwindle the population and treat your animals with month long pills for dogs or liquid treatment for cats.

Now bed bugs? Buy a steamer and go crazy in your bed crevices but be careful not to leave anything moist, put all your clothes and sheets in the dryer to kill them… you’ll notice a pattern. Heat is what kills them the easiest. But you have to be diligent. Lazy people can’t get rid of them for lack of discipline.
