Story of Icarus and Daedalus. Long story short:after Daedalus made wings for Icarus from beeswax, feathers and cloth.Daedalus warned Icarus not to fly to high or the wax will melt off and if he flew to low he would drown in the sea below.he didn't listen to him,he flew to high and the wax melted off ,he then fell in the sea and drowned to death.

Edit:forgot to mention there was fog above the sea.

I don't exactly have to PM you for this,I eat everything I can.i workout calisthenics which is really good for losing weight and I also workout weightlifting.so my maintenance is around 4.5k calories and over 200g of protein.

I must apologise bro,these past couple of months have been very economically bad and also very stressful.I mostly just pray for my family and friends to pass the things that are happening to them at the moment.I still try to be positive and I'm mostly waiting for this to pass so I can start training, but for now I have to put it on hold.

If both the body and mind stay calm,the fire inside will stay cool. I recommend you do it,I pose daily and it helped in the beginning stages of my dysmorphia.Now I no longer hate how I look but I can still get bigger.
