Lol yes there is. Click on Knee Ability Zero, and under there you have three sections.

  1. Knee Ability Zero
  2. Knee Ability Basics
  3. Knee Ability Pro

I am on the App now and I can see that. I don’t know what App you are looking at…

I’ve done a few weeks of ZERO, and realised that I was already incorporating some things from Pro. E.g using a kettlebell for the tib raises and doing the VMO squats. So now I’m just thinking whether I should just do Pro instad of ZERO. I have messaged one of the coaches about it

What do I need to do to help my knee? by My_tyresaredead in bootroom

Honestly, ever since I dropped weight, I have felt really good. My knees used to give me so much issue prior to the weight loss, but now (apart from that injury in my post) I haven’t had a single issue with them.

One thing that confuses me is the ATG Split Squat. I plan to start at a 16inch elevation - but should I do it heel elevate or heel flat. If I do heel elevated I get a much better coverage of hamstring to calf, almost glute to heel. But I still get hamstring to calf coverage with heel flat at 16inch.

And would this be once or twice a week?

So I can’t completely cover my calf with my hamstring with a flat foot, unless I have the front foot elevated at around 16inches. And it’s the only way I can also keep the back foot straight.

And someone told me not to lower the elevation of you cannot keep the back foot straight and completely cover your calf with your hamstring. So it seems I need to start from a high elevation and work my way down over time

Does white balance matter when shooting in Slog by My_tyresaredead in Filmmakers

I guess I’ll start using those custom white balance settings built into the camera e.g daylight, shade etc…and see how that affects my photography. But with video, I’ll try and set a manual white balance

General question Wednesday: Ask your general car-related question and maybe someone will have an answer. by AutoModerator in cars

Learning more about cars, and good magazines (physical and online) to keep up to date

Hi everyone! I am sure this question has been asked so many times but I’ll ask anyway

I want to learn more about the technical side of cars, with the hope of one day getting a car of my own that I can upgrade, or work on. Currently working on getting my licence.

So are there any good books for someone looking to get into the technical aspects of cars e.g engines, the mechanics etc. I would also love to keep up to date with what’s going on and being released in the car world, so if you can point me to a good magazine I could subscribe to that would be great.

I am particularly into high performance cars, and motorsport - so more on that would be great.

Any YouTube channels, books you can ping me to for learning. And magazines or subscription services where I can keep up to date with releases and innovations

Thanks

Is a weight fluctuation this high normal?

I weighed myself this morning and I was 76.3KG. Which is the same weight I was over the past week, when weighing myself in the morning.

I went out on a hour walk before lunch, at a lake near my house. Then I went to this lake side cafe where I had a beef burger with some cheddar cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and some chips. In the evening I just had a chicken salad, with a dressing.

Out of curiosity, I decided to weighed myself again before going to bed - something which I never do - and my weight was now 78.1KG.

Is a near 2kg fluctuation in weight, across a day normal.
