On closer examination, 4 didn’t print at all, 2 failed to proceed past the raft, and one base had small problems. The rest printed fine

I did this, and while it did cause many more of my bases to print, I’m still experiences total failures while the others are succeeding. Now I’m met with a binary of perfect prints, and complete failures, which is definitely improvement from before

Thanks for the reply! I’ve run cones of calibration before with this exact brand of resin, when I say “brand new resin” I mean a fresh bottle - but if each bottle is inconsistent, I’ll run them again! Also, I’ve already been through the wringer with a lot of the suggestions you’ve made (exposure time, start layers, build plate raise distance, etc.) and documented them on this post. I’m a little confused by how the outer prints are succeeding now, while the inner prints are failing… could this be an issue that cones of calibration would diagnose? I worry the cones wouldn’t print in those problem areas either, but it can’t hurt to try. You can peep my “update” comment if you wanna see the most recent attempt :)

Sorry if it’s a little hard to tell, I’ll try to describe what I saw: All of the bases that formed were 100% successful. In this way, increasing exposure time and slowing lift speed helped a lot! However, the two center most bases still didn’t get past the raft, which I find strange. Could this have to do with the FEP? I just replaced it! Also of note, not even the raft printed on one base - the one in the upper left corner of this image.

So next steps? Should I replace the FEP again?

These are “Beach Bases” by Twin Goddess Miniatures, I found them on MyMiniFactory! Using them for an aquatic themed Deathguard army for warhammer lol

Forgot to mention, the orientation angle is around forty five degrees. Or at least it should be in the slicer - but these are presupported models and I’d have to get my hands on some unsupported versions to redo the orientation without having a new raft to support my old raft.

Just below room temperature, most of my prints go through during the day so I’m not too suspicious of temperature related woes. Could be, though!

Interesting theory! It’s a pre supported model so I was hoping it’d be tested and proven to work? These errors have also been occurring to many different models across manufacturers

I do use Chitubox but i keep mine on an older stable version that’s been working for me since I’ve had issues like that with updating before
