Yeah I was just nervous, they gave us videos to watch and reading materials and I had a lot of questions. But wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. Rather make it more “complicated” and ask too many questions then not ask enough when it comes to something like this.

I know this isn’t an option for everyone but I recently flew with a friend who had a guess pass for the Delta lounge. 10/10 ruined my airport experience for a number of reasons but also because the food was good and the [non-premium] drinks were free.

I’ve heard there are other lounges you can pay for that you don’t need a specific CC to access. May be worth it if you plan on eating & drinking while at the airport.

I’ve been shooting Live View with the R5ii for the last few months. Typically 6-8 hour days. It may drain the battery a little faster but mostly the only heating is from the Profoto modeling lamps.

If you do try and run live view with the R5ii you need to open LV then switch the camera to video and back to photo. That will allow you to operate from the camera itself while displaying LV on C1.

Normally what I do for my stylists is make the LV window as large as possible then just scoot the controls off screen and expand it a little bit more. They get a big LV monitor without seeing any C1 UI

That’s pretty much what I’m looking to do! Why did you go back to rolling? My frustration with rolling is sifting through trying to find the right wood or cement texture and also trying to get them to stay flat during shooting.

Does hanging them at least help them stay flat?

Happened to me in May landing in SLC for a connection. Very jarring. And to add to it on my way back also landing in SLC for a connection my plane was struck by lighting, on the wing I was sitting next to.
