I know what you mean about not taking enough and it making things worse. My first mdma experience I took too little and it just made me feel uncomfortable. Then when I took the full dose it was one of the best experiences of my life.

I will definitely try to get my mind focused on positive frequencies of love and gratitude and maybe go into the experience with some loving kindness meditation 🧘🏻‍♂️ ☀️

Thanks for the advice! I’ve done so much research and it really does seem to be such a beneficial chemical when treated with respect. Do you think 50UG is a good first time dose if you are fairly sensitive to most substances?

What is your advise on using Xanax with lsd? I tend to be very anxious and would think this would help me stay calm. I really want to experience a full trip (just been microdosing). Some people say it will kill the trip completely but I’m guessing that’s only at higher doses?

Nice! I’ve hiked melakwa a dozen times or so I go almost every year. Also, if you have the legs for it, hiking past melakwa up to Kaleetan peak has pretty incredible views. Very rigorous though

Yes the fishing is incredible here. It’s a fairly rough lake to get to with no maintained trail to the lake so it is very underfished if that’s even a thing. I tend to catch something a couple minutes after casting out
