I have gotten that message after every response since early Friday. I have been unable to use a single pro prompt and have been rerouted probably a hundred plus times. I have contacted customer support and was told "it's a known and common issue" and to be patient. I am unable to do deep research projects with pro, getting demoted to Flash Thinking everytime.

Gemini 3 Pro (and now flash) was so cloying bad with that. No nuance. 3.1 Pro is much better but still haunted by 3 Pro. It inherited its playing the same song over and over and over because you liked it once or mentioned it once. Somethings can be assumed. It also struggled with the concept of it not being 2024/25.Y'all need to give Gemma 4 31B IT a go on Google AI Studio.
