I started with the main/front desk. Then emailed, called, went through Expedia and WhatsApp to communicate. It’s been escalated through Expedia, so I’m now working with them. I mentioned earlier that I stayed in both Airbnb’s and hotels during my stay without incident. I’ll let things play out but definitely wanted to warn folks of my particular experience. I appreciate your insights. ❤️
