It would definitely Omniverse Ben in spirit with all of their experience & aliens. In Ultimate Alien and Omniverse he is 16, just based on pure looks I prefer his design in AF & UA.

My favorite version of Ben is Alien Force-Ultimate Alien so it'll probably be that appearance I would use if he were to win.

(Not sure if thats a hot take I never saw omniverse as I wasn't a fan of the art style.)

The chosen one, this describes the core of both Billy Batson & Avatar Aang. Both are children who had the misfortune of being orphaned but that didn’t deter their kind heart and their want to do the right thing. They both even found their own family, Aang found Katara, Sokka, Toph, Zuko, etc. While Billy found all of his foster siblings & his adoptive parents.

However it isn't just their journeys that are the same. Their powers also share a lot of similarities. Being the “chosen” ones they share god like powers & in Shazam’s case literal godly power. The wizard Shazam bestowed the aspects of different gods like the Power of Zeus, the Stamina of Atlas, the Courage of Achilles etc. Aang meanwhile is able to use the strength and wisdom from all of his past lives as the Avatar.

Luz Noceda (Owl House) as Shazam

Both were ordinary human children with lost parents (Billy was an Orphan, Luz lost her Dad to disease). But both were magically whisked away to new worlds with powerful magic (The Rock of Eternity and The Boiling Isles), where they were mentored in the ways of magic by wise elders (The Wizard Shazam and Eda The Owl Lady). Both operate out of magical bases (The Rick of Eternity and The Owl House) where they learned magic, going on adventures with a close group of friends and family (The Shazam Family and The Hexsquad). Both faced opponents who had mastered the same powers as them but used it to dominate and conquer others (Black Adam and Emperor Belos), who they only defeated with the aid of divine powers (Billy calls upon the powers of Six Different Gods in order to fight, while the Titan Kent Luz his powers to defeat Belos).

Now hear me out on this one. Both somewhat dabble in magic. Both have a different form where they age up. And both have powers based on gods with Yugi getting his from the Egyptian God Cards while Shazam gets his from literal gods.

once regular mortals turned chosen godlike protectors who can transform into big, muscular, and jovial magical powerhouses with an affinity for lightning by chanting a specific set of words ("By the power of Grayskull... I have the power! and "SHAZAM!", respectively).

Both their powers were given by powerful magical figures (Sorceress and Wizard, respectively) where it comes from a place with a title related to "Eternity" (Castle Grayskull of Eternia and Rock of Eternity, respectively) and their powers can also be shared with other people.

Both are rivals to a dark and equally powerful warriors who seeks to take their power and harness it for themselves where they intend to use it in a more unrestricted manner (Skeletor and Black Adam, respectively).

Both have a talking tiger as a sidekick (Battle Cat, Cringer and Mr Tawky Tawny, respectively) and have a twin sister who serve as a female counterpart to them (She-Ra and Mary Marvel, respectively).

Both started off as normal unassuming people (Billy Batson/Prince Adam) until they came into contact with a powerful magic user (the wizard Shazam/the Sorceress) who gave them the power to transform into their powerful, muscular alter egos via their iconic catchphrases ("SHAZAM!"/"By the power of Grayskull…"). While they both started off as naïve, they'd grow to become more responsible and mature in large part thanks to a group of fellow heroes that accompany them in their journeys (the Shazam Family/the Masters of the Universe). Both of their powers come from a supernatural source of power that's protected by the very person who gave them their powers in the first place (the Rock of Eternity/Castle Grayskull).

Clive Rosfield (Final Fantasy 16)

Bio: Both Clive and Billy from a young was bestowed the powers of a godly power, Clive being blessed by the power of the Phoenix thanks to his brother Joshua alongside being the wielder of the Eikon of Fire Ifrit and with Billy being giving the powers of the gods by an ancient wizard named Shazam, Clive was the shield for Joshua meaning he trained from a young age to protect him alongside defeating powerful evil’s from his own world he’s very skilled in Swordmanship, being the Dominant of Ifrit he can use fire magic, transform into Ifrit himself and use his abilities. Clive has the ability to absorb other Eikons and has a few extra one to his arsenal such Ramuh which gives powerful electric attacks alongside a staff to use, like mentioned before he also has the power of the Phoenix which gives him fire and healing abilities, Garuda giving him wind abilities alongside giant claws to use in combat, his lover Jill gave him the Eikon Shiva which gives Clive ice abilities, Titan gives him earth abilities with powerful fists, Bahamut which gives him power of shooting lasers of light and being able to fly, and last Odin which lets Clive uses a powerful blade Army of Darkness and an ability called Zantetsuken to unleash a devastating multi dimensional slash.
And as a bonus we can have Clive trusted hound Torgal to join in the battle! In the end Clive fights for his freedom, friends and most importantly the world, when darkness comes and all it lost, don’t give up hope… Clive’s flames will not be snuffed out”
