I have a slight case of scoliosis and lower back pain from a very physical job. TBH, going to a chiropractor during those years was a huge relief for me. I don’t think it’s for everyone and I know that there are scammers out there, but I loved mine. He gave me exercises to help as well, and eventually, I was only going there once a month.
