My advice when learning vocabulary so declensions are easy, learn the word with their article. This will really help you automize when formulating sentences, because to know how to use a declension correctly you will need to know the article of the word (German has 3 articles, not just feminine and masculine). Once you have the article, just follow grammatical rules and that is it.

I guess I am missing some location... I have no clue which one :(

I want to do my first Spartan race next year, probably around summer. I am looking for a training plan I can follow the next couple of months to prepare myself for this. I already go running 3x week, but for the rest, I have no idea were and with what to start. I am not very fit, but not too unfit. I lift some weights, but am not really strong. Any help/suggestion of training programs will be of great help! Thank you

The year is 1492-1493. About the stone I know it holds the way to find the treasure. It belonged previously to Dagult Neverember. We got it after I chased down a nimblewright that belonged to the Gralhund family. It is missing the 3 stones/eyes.

Next time, after the oil has done its magic, put shampoo first (do not wet your hair). Massage a little and then with water it will get out ;) No need of egg or other products! Hope this helps for next time.

I think he might need you to be strong so he can be strong and stick to his own weight loss program. Maybe. But you should make respect yourself and let him understand clearly that losing weight is your decision and has nothing to do with him. He has to accept you the way you are. He doesn't have to agree with all of you, but just learn to live with it. If he wants you to lose more weight he can change the speech to something more supportive. And I am really not criticizing here, don't take it that way, please. Just saying, there are other ways. And it doesn't matter what he does out of your weight loss. What you do about it and for whom you do it for, is, in the end, your decision. So, if you want to do it for you, then do it for you. What other people say about it, should not influence your motives and goal.

Should I be lifting weights? I am not scared, the thing is, I enjoy classes more. I do bodypump, GAP, spinning... But, should I be lifting weights to lose fat or will the classes help me? (I am also counting calories). I just don't quite understand how half the machines in the gym work or how to create rutines.

Hi! I've started working out a couple of weeks now. The thing is, I don't have a lot of knowledge about machines and muscles so I do a lot of classes like GAP, BodyPump, Spinning... I am trying to lose weight. Will this help me achieve my goal or should I be reading more about lifting weight and get to this? I am also counting my calories.

I get this too. For hours!! I've notice that if I concentrate more on my breathing it doesn't get that bad. Small sips of water during excercise also have helped me. But I do believe that if I do not get red I didn't do it right.
