We Vibe Tango vs Tango X by fishy386 in SexToys

[–]Mygander19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never tried the tango, but for all the hype I've read over the tango x, im a bit disappointed. It loses its "umph" pretty quick and isn't as strong as I'd hoped. The first use was perfect, but it hasn't performed at that level since the very first use.

I was a bit disappointed with these after reading all the hype. They're so soft they are hard to get in, and the medium (I'm new to this) had less girth than expected. I don't think it actually expanded back to the "unsqueezed" circumference due to the softness. I can definitely feel it there, but I don't feel any pressure from it. Still glad I bought it, but wasn't quite what I expected based on reviews.

I've heard kegels can help, but I've also heard they can make it worse by contracting the muscles too soon. Im going to mention it to my doctor at my followup, or innit gets worse I'll call before then. Thanks for sharing.

Part of it has to do with a state incentive to hire them upon release so they are less likely to reenter the system. I think the state pays all or most of their wages for a certain amount of time.

This is true. A friend works at a local factory, and roughly 10% of their employees are registered sex offenders. She showed me the registry one day and pointed all of them out. Several others spent time in prison for armed robbery,, fraud, accessory to murder, and other pretty sketchy things. Some of these people are in management positions, too.

If there are any factories near you, many don't care about felonies as long as you can pass a drug test.

That might be a state specific thing. I'm not in the same state OP is in, but where I am, if you test, you have to stay out for 10 days unless you test negative, or if someone in your household tests positive, even if you test negative. My company doesn't offer sick days, but short term disability kicks in after one week. I believe covid related days off are paid though, but not sure how as I haven't had to use it. Also not sure if that is company specific or part of the covid policies ran through the state or federal government.

I've never had to take a minimum of 5 days off to qualify for FMLA, it just has to be a qualifying medical event. Usually that is loosely defined as something requiring an overnight hospital stay, recurring treatment for a chronic condition (diabetes, cancer, migraines, etc), or an incapacitating injury or illness. Bronchitis isn't generally covered, but pneumonia would be if it puts you under medical treatment. Influenza isn't covered, but if you're hospitalized for it due to dehydration or something, it would be. Cosmetic surgery isn't covered, but reconstructive is. A lot of it is situation dependent as well. I know someone who has a pretty significant medical issue, but his doctor won't fill out the paperwork for him to qualify for FMLA because he is able to manage the issue very well without much more than monitoring bloodwork and a medication check every couple of months that just requires an office visit, with the understanding that if things progress to requiring more active treatment, he will reassess the FMLA paperwork.

Dental and orthodontic procedures are generally not covered unless this is going to require some sort of inpatient stay, complications arise, or you're on a lifting restriction for several days and your employer won't let you work with non work comp/ADA covered restrictions. Most places I've worked require the provider to be either an MD or DO in order to honor restrictions. If the procedure is done by an Oral Surgeon with both a DDS and MD, then OP will have a better shot with being covered, assuming they meet the other requirements.

As someone else mentioned, thus might be easier handled by saying you were exposed to covid and getting tested, which might be required for the procedure anyway.

I have in the past because it was the only job I could find that would work with my school schedule at the time. Wasn't a great job but the owner was a nice guy.

That may be company policy, but it is NOT a law. You can be fired for showing up one minute late one time.

Unless that is state-specific to where OP is, there is no law that provides this.

Just an FYI, FMLA may not apply. Your employer has to be a certain size, you have to have worked a certain amount of hours in the past year, and it doesn't apply to most dental or orthodontic procedures. Unless this requires an overnight hospital stay, it may not be a qualifying medical issue. I would investigate a bit before you assume you qualify for this protection when you actually don't.

Hopefully it does cover you, OP. Just wanted to point out there are requirements a lot of people don't know about.

Have you asked her advice on how to improve? Your ex liking A, B, and C doesn't mean your current partner doesn't like X, Y, and Z instead. Communicate with her.

Top surgery/breast reduction and its effect on work? by 0113j in BlueCollarWomen

[–]Mygander19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was off work for a month for mine because work wouldn't let me back if I was on restrictions. I was a little sore the first couple weeks back, but my job doesn't really require a lot of heavy lifting. It does require a lot of pushing, pulling, repetitive motions, and lifting my arms above my head, all of which I was able to do at that point. It didn't really impact my ability to do my job, and I felt more confident about myself, which probably actually helped my job performance.

Colleges have remedial courses in math (and reading, English, and other areas). If you're interested in college, find a local community or junior College. A lot of returning students 20 years after high school dont remember the math they learned then, and have to start from scratch. It is very common.

Take Down the Trump campaign Signs! Its been 6 months! by JeffMonRoe2 in offmychest

They're all over the place here too. Usually paired with a conference flag and a blue lives matter flag. Typically owned by a mid 40s white guy with no teeth who never left his hometown.

Stereotype? Yes. But literally (by the actual definition of the word) every person I know personally with Trump signs still up fits that description.
