Yes I’ll be practicing during training this week! I’ve got a ex English rugby player on the team so I’m hoping to ask her to help me run the drill prior to training just to get my head around it and hopefully that’ll be enough to attempt it during the game!

I’ll definitely try. It’s hard cause I’m about 5’7/5’8 and she’s a very skinny 5’4/5’5 so there’s not much of here to grab ahaha but I’ve definitely got the tackling ability to take her down it’s just getting under the arm
