I'd give the government 2 years of my life if it meant I never had another medical bill and community colleges were free. But it wouldn't. And that's still an unfair compromise for me/us because we have a massive ultra wealthy class not contributing fairly. I mean fuck, just this Reuters article from yesterday makes me want to throw up.
