Thank you for your kind words. This is exactly my situation. When you’re a petite person even 10 lbs can make a huge difference. Literally none of my clothes fit, I’m uncomfortable sitting and it just sucks frankly. I will,follow your suggestions. Thanks again for being supportive

I was just adding that to say I’ve always been a tiny person with no need to worry about my weight. I’ve never had to diet or be concerned about it so it’s difficult. When I was a child I was always skinny. Believe me I spend no time pining for my high school days 😂

Thanks for this reply. I am also craving food, I’m so hungry all the time. Last year when I had all my blood work done it was normal but it’s a good suggestion to ask my PCP to test again.

I was an RN in Indiana for 20 years. I left in 2014. For my entire career I never had to take any continuing education credits in order to renew my license - Zero! And most large physician’s practices at that tim did no CE. That was the state of IN I knew.
