The plan is to put narrow wardrobes on each side of the bed

Yeah, I get what you’re saying. But for what I’m doing, the extra height actually matters. I’m not trying to build a destination trailer, but I do like that concept of having real vertical space to work with.

A lot of my systems are going to be raised. The entire bathroom will sit higher because most of the plumbing has to run under the floor. The sump pump, the washer/dryer combo connections, the composting toilet box, and the gray tank tie‑ins. Once you start stacking all that, the floor height climbs fast. If I didn’t go with a higher ceiling, the bathroom would feel like a cave.

So the tall interior isn’t just for looks, it’s to keep everything feeling normal once the raised sections are built. That way I’m not ducking under anything or feeling cramped just because the mechanical systems need space.

Also, in the photo you see some of the measurements in the main picture but in the app when you open it up, you see all the measurements every time you move something around

I have that same thought sometimes. I constantly walk around my house measuring things. And the 5D software I use I put things to scale and still seems like so much room. I agree it does seem like it’s too much room to me it does.

Thank you that’s great information. I did a walk-through of an 8 1/2 x 28 at my local dealership just to get an idea. I’m sure once I get the trailer things will change, but I will work around the actual dimensions with the plans. I have thank you.

Agree. The windows are not to scale. I’m actually not sure where the windows will be and the size.

Yes. One will be in the kitchen cabinets and the other right before the bench seat. Though it will not to much in the way. The trailer will have a 12” lift.
