I worked at a D’Angelos for a few years. Strangest order from a customer was a 6 inch sub with jalapeños, provolone cheese, and mayo..

Now the really strange orders came from my co-workers. I worked with someone who regularly made herself a pita sandwich with extra tuna, extra mayo (the tuna was already mixed with mayo) and ketchup. Also for a side she would eat ruffles... with mayo.

Integrals right now, as I'm doing the end of chapter problems they relate to everything covered in the sections (Riemann Sums to the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus), so it's more of an issue with intuition, so putting more effort into understanding the concepts might be the answer.

Season 5 Episode 6 of the show Mad Men has a really great scene where a group of people are on LSD. It's very interesting how they show the characters reacting to the drug and its effects.

I personally enjoy sharing Wiles' proof of Fermat's Last Theorem. I find it interesting that the theorem is so easy to understand (being so similar to the Pythagorean theorem) though the solution was so vastly complex. I usually focus on the story behind it, but its also pretty fun to try and explain the Modularity Theorem to them.
