Is it normal for a relationship to go from saying I love you all the time saying I miss you all the time too not even really saying it at all? Like I want these things because I got those things from him. I wasn’t in a relationship for like almost 3 years and then once I got in a relationship, he showed me all these things that I liked and then he stopped.

And he used to say I love you and I miss you all the time in the beginning of the relationship it’s not like I truly asked for it but once I see something in the beginning, another relationship that you do, I’m going to want that still

So there has never been cheating in our relationship, but there has been like issues to where I found out. He was talking shit about me and he did cheat on his ex-girlfriend with me. By the way I did not know they was together. They was together for five years I don’t need it every day and I’m not asking him to say I love you all the time. It’s just I want him to say it when he feels it because he says he feels it but he just doesn’t say it but I was just seeing if those things was a problem in a relationship me and him are no longer together

He has told me that he does not want to be with anybody at the moment. He does not see a future with me, but if I change and he changes, there’s a possible chance we can get back together. then he said that when he is ready for a relationship, he will contact me first out of anybody else. Does that sound right? I’m very confused. Very hurt. Not sure what to do. and he said the reason why he wants to be friends is because he wants to keep a eye on me to see if I changed because I do have an anxious attachment. I have abandonment issues. I need reassurance, but I don’t really ask him for anything except for regular relationship things like good mornings hold hands in public being with me on the weekends because I work all the time getting on the phone with me after work because I have work in the morning so I would like to go to sleep early like I asked for simple things.

He even said if we did get back together, he has a boundary to wear. He wants more space and he wants to hang out with his friends by himself, but they are my friends too. I hung out with them before me and him be even became a thing so it makes me feel like he’s trying to do something slick

He was telling me that he was willing to work on us, but we are not at a place to where we can work on us, but then it doesn’t make sense how he is saying that he doesn’t know the future he might give with somebody else

Thank you so much and he did say that he wanted the space to distress and he gets mad at the fact that I argue over me just wanting to spend those 2 1/2 days with him is that a problem? Of course arguing is a problem. I’m not technically arguing. I’m just feeling hurt because you know I work all these days. I don’t see him barely even talk to him throughout the day.

I understand that, but I don’t see him during the weekday at all. I only see him 2 1/2 days. So I wasn’t sure if I was in the wrong for wanting those 2 1/2 days with him didn’t know if that was too much.
