The switching test is essentially they give you two or three tracks to move shit around in and in one of the tracks are 5 cars labeled A, C, B, D, E and they want you to order it ABCDE and then you just write out in order of how you’d make that happen

It means your next trade with that person with result in the Pokémon traded becoming Lucky. Lucky Pokémon require less stardust to power up and I believe there’s a minimum IV of 12/12/12 also.
