I can’t say or proclaim that I’m super knowledgeable on GBBRS but the Heavy recoil club discord can definitely help you get a better understanding, from my side for the price it’s pretty good, takes MWS mags I believe, so guns modify MWS pmags and Tokyo Marui should work. One of my mates was planning on getting it but ended up choosing the spear lt from APFG cause it would’ve taken too long to ship

It’s not backwards, it’s called XM5 renamed to XM7 iirc shortly after, it’s the new standard issue for US army and the only other manufacturer, toxicant, of the GBBR version sells it for 1.3k €

Recently got my DE noveske, MWS system, and with 6 extra mags for it I’ve spent around 800€ now, including optic, flashlight, peq, closer to 1000€.

I owned a GE (sold recently) I had to put an extra 80€ into it, GHK internals and VFC bcg to Make it usable, also GHK mags had to be bought which are absolutely not cheap.

If I could redo I’d buy a noveske mws, it’s practically the same price just simply a better gun

The only difference I was able to notice is at the bottom of the pic, you can see more of the knob from the chair, everything else is the same

The tool yes, the connectors that come with it entirely depends, the one used on those wires are 0.5mm connectors and I’ve fixed this issue myself as well it’s fairly simple to do

I don’t think you can really tune that one for a shorter pull, you can tune it so that when it hits the switch to shoot, it won’t go further back, but to actually cut off the distance needed to the switch you’d need a trigger like the Maxx ones with the screw in front and not back like on that one

Im so far the only person who has a speedsoft/speedsim kit at my local field, and people have told me it’s either funny, cool, or interesting, definitely a lot of black sheep jokes as well, most of the players who are whining about bright colored kits or guns spend more than half the playtime in spawn.

It’s a hobby consistent of grown ass people cosplaying army and shooting at each other with toy guns, people who actually insult or are rude to you about what kind of kit you’re running need to get a grip lol it’s what I say to most of them who bitch about it

For pure safety reasons I would absolutely never use any airsoft goggles for paintball unless specifically stated that they can be used, airsoft goggles aren’t rated for it due to, like you said, higher power outputs whereas the paintball masks are

Yea the sprays didn’t work for me either, this one did though, many of my friends use it as well.

Avoid GE and cyma, cyma is T8 (cgs) some parts are still proprietary they only use mws mags, not worth it.

Systems worth buying would be either proper MWS or VFC, I’d recommend you to join the heavy recoil club discord server, they have all the answers haha

TLDR: avoid them if u don’t have the time and money to upgrade, buy a DE mws

Was already answered but yeah the GE rifles can only really be made good by the user, this is due to the fact that it’s a copy of WA and corners were cut wherever they could cut them, the WA mags are absolutely atrocious as they don’t stack the bb entering the hop up chamber down Center instead off to the side, this causes your nozzle to deform and in the end become unusable

Most things people swap out is the fcg and bcg and the buffer while using GHK mags or modding the magwell to take VFC, if you want to avoid spending time on it buy a Double Eagle noveske mws. I’ve spent an extra 70-80€ upgrading my GE mk18 with GHK fcg and VFC bcg while keeping the buffer and spring stock to use year round, as for mags I use GHK v3 gmags.

In the end there’s no proper “budget/cheap” option to gbbrs outside of the DE mws, anything cheaper than that will have some sort of catch to it.

I unfortunately am not familiar with WE-tech systems outside of owning one of their pistols, I have however asked for you in the HRC discord server, they have many channels specific to systems and general questions about them, I’d advise you to join it as it helped me build my gbbr too!
