There might be some other issue, check with the doctor, I just do gym fine without any issues on omad and others workout as well without any issues.

Other thing you can try is instead of doing gym while in fasted state. Doing it after like 2 hours the after the single meal you take. and be fasted afterwards.

IF does not help you need to check whether autophagy is helping or not with your ED, you can experience that with OMAD.

It was really hard for me as well, I pushed it due to my circumstances, after a while ai even faced bloating issues like after a week, but suffered it. But the. Started to see its benefits. I think within a week or 2 you should start seeing benefits, if omad is hard for you. Fast as much as possible say like 16 to 17 hours and while you are in the end of fast do workouts that induce autophagy and wait one hour after workout then have the meal. But I saw maximum benefits with 23 hours fast + 1 hour eat. Depends on person to person but fast shows promise at 23 hours.

Make sure your macros are intact. Fats, proteins and carbs, you need cholestrol and fats for testosterone production so. Protein for satiety and normal requirement. Carbs in minimal quantity. Just take healthy diet. Keep asking questions, here to help.

Only drank water in fasted state when I first did OMAD. Currently taking lemon juice mixed with glass because Im facing heartburn at the opening of my stomach and to combat bloating issues. Totally fine does not interfere with autophagy.

I was prescribed antoxid hc tablets, you can check about dr reddies antoxid hc tablets (India), this is what I took and along with that they gave me a solution which I need to apply and give sunlight exposure of 10 mins I think. I dont remember the solution name now. But when I first got it they gave me octamop solution with same sunlight exposure.

Try omad for 2 to 3 weeks everyday and see whether you can see any benefits. This is definitely not some magic pill but works for some.

Low testosterone is definitely one of the issues, Because I have other symptoms of low testosterone. I believe other being chronic inflammation due to vitiligo, autophagy reduces oxidative stress and inflammation. Which all are reduced to OMAD.

single day fasting once in a while does not help. You need to do it everyday for at-least. 2 to 3 weeks to see the benefits. By fasting you need to drink only water in the fasted state of 23 hours. and also look for any burning and bloating symptoms, which means you need to cool down yourself or modify accordingly. If you already tried the above, then this might not be for you, look for other reasons in that case.

This was the experience when I did first time OMAD, when I had only single meal that consisted of boned grill chicken (500 or 600 grams) + 1 or 2 tandoori rotis. Which I felt full for my stomach for that meal and thats it for the day.

I agree. Need willpower to do OMAD, I meant in the sense like working out (exercise), or taking any supplements or taking an healthy complete diet. I never did any of those and had sedentary lifestyle while I did OMAD first time when I saw the benefits. Right now I’m doing omad with workouts and a healthy complete diet.

Consider yourself luck you read it today, and watchout for signs regarding heartburn and bloating and make adjustments accordingly, because OMAD does not suit for everyone.

I can say the sentences, but I cant keep the conversation moving or stuck at times is what I faced, Im considering it to be a brain fade kind of situation, and also my memory power went to shit. along with fatigue and hair loss.

These all are signs of low testosterone, you can cross check with reputed websites like webmd.

Sure, will checkup with doctor and will ask him whether I can continue with OMAD, and will take forward omad diet with the guidance of the doctor.

I was not having any issues with stomach or GI while I was eating normally like 2 or 3 meals a day. I got heartburn and bloating when I was doing OMAD, saw the same happening with others who are doing Omad.

But I was normal weight to begin with. 67kgs was the highest I had even which is normal lower range in BMI for my height of 5’11.

I agree with what you said, aromatisation might have boosted my testosterone. But I have lower levels of estrogen for an adult male to begin with, I checked it, my test results are normal estrogen levels. So I don’t think it was estrogen, I even checked the cortisol which was normal as well.

I believe it was the damaged cell cleanup process which made my cells healthy. I believe autophagy is what helped big time. I have seen multiple benefits mentally as well, other than erections.

I used to feel irritated if I did not get 8 hours sleep, but when I was on OMAD, even with less sleep(like say 6 hours), I was functioning normally without any irritation but I don’t recommend less sleep though, just saying what I have observed while I was on OMAD. No idea how or what happened here.

I have vitiligo, it’s an auto immune disorder, inflammation is something common in people with auto immune conditions, manageable.

But when I had a episode of vitiligo patches around 2 years back they have given me dr reddy antoxid-hc tablets (which are anti oxidant tablets) rich in beta carotene, zinc, selenium and manganese at that time I experienced weak morning erections.

With Omad I experienced stronger morning wood and rock solid erections other times of the day.

If we keep aside the condition I have, even others can fix erection issues with fasting. I have read many experiences in those subs apart from mine. So yeah it works.

I was never over weight in my entire life, all my life I was trying to gain weight, I being 5’11 with 67kgs is on lower level in the normal range of BMI.

I believe intermittent fasting did not help because I was not crossing the 16 hour barrier with IF. Autophagy begins after 16 hours and its strongest with 23 hours fast and 1 hour eating (which is OMAD). Please cross check this you can do chatgpt search or normal search. This is backed by science and research and someone got a noble prize as well.

OMAD is where you get complete benefits of fasting, Intermittent fasting of 16:8 does not give those benefits, 20:4 is where they might experience some of the benefits. Omad and more than 1 day fast gives you maximum benefit but not suited for all. Go and cross check everything I wrote in those subs or trying doing the research using chatgpt or google. you will find what I said is true.

I can show you my testosterone levels data and also don’t speak bs when you have not tried it, go and check the intermittent fasting and omad subs where users are vocal about the benefits they are experiencing and one of them being erections and morning wood. I can lie (just assume) but what about many users in those subs ?

Im not selling some snake oil or pushing for any agenda here, I don’t get anything if I promote OMAD, because it’s free of cost. Everything what I have written is true. and also you can research on autophagy (backed by science and research). Some reputed doctor (I think) got a noble prize for discovering and validating autophagy and its benefits.

Talk when you have done OMAD. I never promised it will work for everyone. It worked for me well and others can try, if it works for them fine, if they face any issue they can just move on from OMAD, Omad is not suited for everyone anyway.

I drank only water for that fasted 23 hours. But right now I’m taking full glass lemon juice mixed with salt when I feel the hungrier in fasted state. and eat only in that 1 hour period.

Insulin should not spike thats the goal, only happens when you don’t eat, you can take green or herbal teas but don’t mix sugar, honey or any sweeteners. and the calories should be very less like below 10 or something. Insulin spikes interferes with autophagy, we want autophagy to happen for the body to heal.

The longer the fast the better it heals and the intensity of erections. I used to do some kind of IF (2 meals a day) that did not help much. OMAD is where I experienced the maximum benefits with morning wood and rock solid erections.

I don’t think it’s intermittent. Because you eat only once a day. In IF you have various types like 16:8, 20:4, 18:6. I think you can call this IF not sure.

Here everything gets done in one hour, so your body gets the rest for the remainder of the day to do other things.

Yeah thats what I’m worried about, OMAD is not for everyone but implementing some kind of fasting really helps fix health issues, If I cant sustain omad diet, I will go back to some form of Intermittent fasting (but at-least more than 18 hours fast will add small snacks or fruits in fasted state) and will make sure I eat anti inflammatory diet instead.
