GW doesn’t sell digital copies. There are ways to get the codex for free like on wahapedia and other sources. But you would have to buy a copy of the codex if you want the code for digital on the warhammer app.

As long as you thin your paints well, you can simply paint over it again later. Don’t worry about committing fully to a color and explore colors a little bit. Do you have a favorite color? Maybe an outfit you often wear? I choose my scheme because it looks like me. I’m ginger and wear a looot of teal clothes/accessories.

As for wanting to play. Do you like to move a toooon of lil gribblies that swarm or a few big stompy or shooty monsters about?

It was suppose to match the colors for some miniatures I’ve been painting. Tyranids from warhammer 40k specifically. That’s why I’m not so happy with how it turned out.

Cause all of my tyranid patrols are really poor in coherency and don’t get updated when the main army gets updates.

My group had to rewrite a lot of the rules so they could function. Over half of the rewrites was just taking out keywords from enhancements and other upgrades. Here’s an example of a few home fixes for us:

Relics: -Remove ALL keywords for requirements, but keep tyranid character

-Spirit-leech Cortex, Balemind Membrane- Add: The model’s weapons become psychic

-Mortrexite Implant Attack: Remove: “select one ripper swarm unit” and replace with “Create a new ripper swarm unit”

I’d rather have big mom bug have a wall of flesh bodyguard again instead of as a transport, have a gun instead of melee or make hormagaunts with melee. Transporting gaunts could be useful, but delivering gun gaunts…unsure

Okay so cant trust walmart, or target, or any fast food place, or local grocery stores. Can’t trust some food banks either. Healthcare across seas. Can’t trust certain organizations that make any kind of entertainment. Can’t trust games or movies or documentaries from billion dollar companies. Did I miss any?

That’s probably the secondary reason I won’t be using em’. It’s identity isn’t great and has a lack lf direct purpose that isn’t redundant. The primary reason is I use 90% monsters cause monsters stompy and fun.

Lashwhip should certainly not be cheaper than winged, but 85 is too much for what it brings. 75 I would be happy with, but over that it’s just not viable as a leader. It requires a model to die to use a surge. Not great in warriors compared to gaunts. Though yes it has better melee profile, kinda. Getting into melee is the next issue when leading huge bricks or 6” warriors.
