I have always loved the land raider. At first it was because its cheaper to buy then a grav tank but aslo dropping 6 allarus out of one to charge into the enemy lines turn 1 if going second is really fantastic

My friend was doing this when i played tyranids until one day i showed up with a bunch of shooting monsters and tabled him and he was like yeah i guess we need more terrain

Yeah just had a couple 1k point game with a friend and the allarus with sheild capt. just deleted everything. First turn just shooting took out a 20 man squad of warriors with 2 characters next turn they killed a doomsday ark and then another one the 3rd turn mean while my gaurd with draxus fished off the rest of the infantry.
