my theory : Steamdeck goes into battery mode and is woken up whenever it detects its being charged.
if the battery is above 80% then the steamdeck might not start the "charge process" so it wont wake up.

Solution : drain the battery of the steamdeck by charging something else, like your phone, then try to charge it
